You may not create shortened URLs, QR codes, BioPages, or file links that redirect to or contain:
Malware, viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software
Phishing schemes, scams, or fraudulent content
Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
Child sexual abuse material or content exploiting minors
Content that infringes intellectual property rights
Spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or chain letters
Hate speech, discriminatory content, or content promoting violence
Pornographic or sexually explicit content (unless expressly permitted under specific account types)
Misleading or deceptive content
Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Content that impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation
Content designed to bypass security measures or interfere with service operations

Link Ownership and Management

You may edit or delete your links, QR codes, and BioPages at any time through your account dashboard. We reserve the right to disable or remove links that violate these Terms without prior notice.
Subscription Plans and Payments
LinkTransform offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features, increased usage limits, and enhanced functionality.
Billing and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers
Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that time.

Free and paid accounts are subject to usage parameters based on the selected plan tier. We are not liable for any issues arising from your custom domain usage, including domain expiration, DNS misconfiguration, or trademark disputes.
Link Expiration and Data Retention
Links created through LinkTransform remain active according to your account type and our data retention policies:
Free account links may be subject to expiration after extended periods of inactivity
Paid account links remain active during your subscription period
Upon account termination or expiration, links may be disabled after a grace period
We retain analytics data according to your subscription plan limits
Deleted links and data may be retained for backup purposes for up to 90 days
Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time with or without notice.
